• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content and terminating accounts.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Virtue Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and providing the service.
Our trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the service are our property. You may not use these without our prior written consent.
Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features of the service.
All fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise agreed). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods of service.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide you with advance notice of any fee changes, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIRTUE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
